El PISO: tiene 3 habitaciones, está en un primera planta con ascensor, bien comunicado (cerca a L3 y L5, parada de autobus en la puerta, NitBus, Estación de Sants, etc ), cerca de la zona universitaria y el Camp Nou. Hay un baño compartido, calentador, cocina, microoondas, lavadora, teléfono fijo, WIFI y sobre todo una sala muy grande y balcón.

La HABITACIÓN: tiene una cama individual, mesa de noche, un escritorio, un armario mediano, ventana interior pero con bastante luz (igual que el resto de la habitaciones). Serían 340 euros con los servicios e internet incluidos, un mes de fianza negociable.
Los COMPAÑEROS: somos dos chicos de Barranquilla, Colombia; Alex de 36 años, Comunicador social, trabajo; y Carlos de 30 años Ingeniero Mecánico, estudia y trabaja. Hablamos Español, Inglés, aprendemos Catalán y nos defendemos en Italiano. Buscamos un chico o chica de mente joven, que sepa convivir y que aporte a la casa más que el dinero de alquiler. La idea es hacer familia por el periodo que vivamos juntos.

The FLAT: it has 3 rooms and a shared bathroom, equipped kitchen and very big livingroom; at a first floor (the Spanish "first" is really a second floor) of a nice building with lift; well transport linked (near subway, train-bus station, nigth-bus, etc); close to university campus ("Zona Universitaria") and to "Camp Nou" Stadium. Telephone and Wireless internet are also installed.

The ROOM: it has a single bed, a bedside table, a desktop, a wardrope, and a bright window. The rent is 340 €/month wich includes bills and Internet already. One month of deposit is also asked but negotiable.
The FLATMATES: we are two guys from Barranquilla, Colombia, and have just moved., Alex, that is 36, journalist and working and Carlos, 30 years old, engineer, studing and working. We speak spanish, english and a little of catalan and italian.
We are looking for friendly girl or guy who knows how to share the flat and good mood. The idea is being a family during all the time we are living together and, why not, after so.

Strom und WIFI abgedeckt. Eine Monatsmiete Kaution verlangt wird, ist es verhandelbar.
